When opening a new business with employees, one of the most terrifying things to figure out is the human resource side. Everything about this business is top-shelf from the blue chip agents to it's structure. The mission statement and employees actually make you feel absolutely positively protected from life's catastrophes and daily timeouts with system latency errors. I have personally seen what these representatives can do for businesses and the daily protection provided along with thee unmatched consistency they provided my family.
We have been PEO clients for nearly ten years, and the model works well for our company. When a representative from The Mission HR contacted me, I told him that we weren’t having any issues with our current relationship, and that we didn’t have an interest in making a change. He convinced me to at least have a meeting with them, and I agreed. As it turned out, the original meeting was cancelled at the last minute, so I figured “that was that”, especially since I live a few hours away from our main office. I was surprised when the sales rep proposed driving three hours each way to have the initial meeting at my remote office. Since he was willing to do that, I agreed to the meeting. We were pleased with the insurance offerings that The Mission was able to provide, including an affordable high-deductible health plan that can be used in conjunction with a Health Savings Account, which is something I had been interested in for quite a while.
We are only a few months into the new relationship, but we are pleased with the service and with the insurance offerings. Working with The Mission HR, I feel that I have a true partner and advocate for my company. I am also happy to help them support their mission
