Hot water heater decided to just stop working. We called K W Boykin and spoke with Keith, and Michael was there in less than 24 hours. Before replacement was suggested, Michael took all measures to try and save the unit. When there was no other choice but to purchase new, we had a new hot water installed in a day and a half. Michael did a fantastic job with removal and installation. Pricing was spot on and more importantly, the service was stellar! We totally recommend using K W Boykin Plumbing.

First, Tracie is such a genuine great person. I also cannot say enough good things about Michael. I was having an issue with the time it took hot water to reach my kitchen sink. I inquired about a tankless water heater. After Michael evaluated my situation he suggested that I install a booster on my water heater. Much less expensive. What a difference this has made! They replaced my sewer and water line at the same time. Lines were deteriorated from age. Had these lines serviced before but it was definitely time for replacement. They scheduled date and time and even with rain in the mix, all went super great. Price was fair, service was very professional and cleaned up yard to my satisfaction.
