Had a horrible sinus infection. Went into the store and a wonderful lady helped me. Got me just the right kind of medicine I needed. I will definitely be moving all my pharmacy needs there. That down to earth small town feel. I loved it.

Since moving here 5 years ago we have tried all the pharmacys in the area. Four Oaks Realo is by far the best in every way, including price. We now have our go to pharmacy. Keep up the great work.

Just got my first Covid 19 vaccine here and was really impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff, their efficiency, attention to safety and the distancing between patients in a very large space behind the actual retail area. The sign up process was with a real person. No waiting for a call back. She was so pleasant and very efficient. Clearly a pharmacy that cares about the community they serve.
