Burch Brothers Flooring

We had our entire house done with new carpeting and Burch Brothers Flooring was so accommodating to our needs. Budget was a factor and Christine was extremely helpful helping me pick out a carpet that was affordable as well as high quality. The installation was just one day from removing our very old carpeting and fixing all the squeaks to laying the new carpeting. They cleaned up after themselves too! When I was unhappy about a roller mark from the factory, the installers were quick to replace that piece and make me happy. Burch Brothers Flooring was 5 stars from start to finish.

Let me start by saying I read all of these reviews and reviews of other flooring companies before deciding who to choose for replacing my 20+ year old carpet and flooring. I knew this would be a very big expense and decided to go with Burch Bros Flooring. I have to say, I was NOT disappointed in the least!!! From the time we walked into the store, to meeting Sarah and Christine i knew this would be the company i could count on and they did not pressure me into anything. They treat you like family and are very down to earth. Sarah went above and beyond to help us pick out the best carpet and flooring for our needs and her team of installers were very pleasant, friendly and did an amazing job including moving all the heavy furniture and appliances ( costs a little extra but was way worth it!) plus cleanup afterwards. Sarah goes the extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied which is becoming very rare nowadays.
You will not be disappointed getting Sarah and her team of professionals for all your flooring needs.

Sarah and Martin, your customer service and strong work ethic are so appreciated. I had been putting this project off for two years because I was dreading it, not knowing what to expect. Sarah and Martin’s team made it so easy and stress-free.

It was an awesome experience. Luis arrived at 9 and worked until after 5. He moved appliances, took up a glued down floor and laid the new floor. He was a hard worker. Would not leave until everything was finished and we were satisfied.
Angela in the office was so friendly and easy to talk to. When I called she had someone to come out the next day to measure. And the floor was installed the next week. I would definitely recommend Burch Brothers to anyone that needs flooring.

From beginning to end, this was a great experience. I couldn't be more pleased with these new floors. Sarah helped me pick the perfect look to brighten and update our space with Luxury Vinyl Tile. We were able to schedule pretty quickly, and the installers were fast, friendly, and efficient. A flawless installation. They were clearly experienced; the end result looks amazing.
