Marsha medspa was a phenomenol experience for me. The staff took great care of my skin by understanding exactly what I need. They made everything seemless from getting an appointment to getting the perfect treatment for my skin. The medspa also offers great products for everyday use which you can buy on the spot!

I love this place. Owner, techs, customer service ALL from A to Z , I would give more than 5 stars 🌟. Very professional prompts courteous and polite. They work with you on your schedule appointments and services both. Only thing I have to say is positive about thier services.

I love this spa!! The staff was very friendly and welcoming! I got my services done by Aimee and Shelby. They were very professional, and at the same time, very caring and gentle. I felt like I was in good hands as they were very attentive to my skincare concerns. I definitely recommend Marsha MedSpa to everyone and I look forward to going there again.

This Medspa is great! Today was my first visit there because luckily another facility I had an appointment with canceled on me at the last minute. I was so looking forward to getting my service done today so I immediately went online and found MarSha. I gave them a call. They were super nice and able to get me in for an appointment the same day🤩 I was able to get a facial as well as my first ever dermaplane service. Amy was the aesthetician that helped me out today and I’ve already booked my next two appointments because she was so awesome! So happy that I don’t have to drive to Raleigh or Cary to get a great facial or skin care treatment. Thank you so much Amy!

I had my first visit today and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is so warm and friendly and Shelby is absolutely awesome! I’m so happy with my filler and overall experience here. I am looking forward to my next appointment! 10/10 :)
