We have been using BB&T for 11 years and their services and representatives are all excellent. Not just locally, but worldwide. When we first moved to Raleigh, I opened various personal and (small) business accounts at the Cleveland Branch (42/40). Over the years I have found everyone to be helpful. No matter where I am. They go out of their way to accommodate my wife and I. Very friendly. I do understand there are security concerns, so I am not annoyed when they have to be a little thorough and detailed...to protect me. The online banking is very simple and user friendly. I travel overseas a lot and they manage to keep up with that. Several times my wife or I I received a phone call from their fraud department checking up on my out-of-state and foreign transactions. We ultimately did an auto loan. Yes, they are detailed, but BB&T is known for minimizing bad loans that default. Hurting all of us.
