"Now We're Talking" Pediatric Therapy

Overall I loved the experience my son had at Now we're talking pediatric therapy. My son's therapist Rachel was always responsive, treated my son with respect and engaged well with my son. She made him feel safe to communicate more. I noticed that the rooms changed a lot which is fine but I think would have been useful to get my son comfortable with his surroundings. They also really worked with me when my health insurance didn't want to pay. They advocated on behalf of my son's needs and were able to get it covered. Love this place! My son also looked forward to attending his speech therapy appointments.

I actually wasn't going to leave a review due to having a very negative experience with a speech therapist here that I deeply regret having ever allowed to work with my son. That being said, this review isn't about her. It's about the incomparable Mrs Alli V who is amazing. Alli worked with both my son and my daughter the latter whom started walking in less than 6 months after starting therapy with her. My baby girl couldn't even roll when she started with Ali. Ali is patient, encouraging, and compassionate. She has a love for kids that shines through in her work. Both of my little ones adored her and miss her terribly.

Now We're Talking is amazing! Their staff has been so much more than helpful as we navigate life for our little girl and her issues. Amanda is not just a great PT, she also is very willing to point me in the right direction in ways to help my daughter.

Ali @ Now We're Talking is amazing. My son's first appointment was at 7 months. He was not interested in rolling or moving at all and she worked with him to get him walking right around his 1st birthday. She explained everything she was doing and how to do exercises at home. She worked really well with my son. Even knew how to get him working on his cranky days. I felt comfortable texting her in between sessions if I had a question or concern or even when he mastered a new skill at home. If you have any concern over your kiddos milestones, this is the place to go!

We had a phenomenal first appointment today with Jason! I'm honestly still trying to put into words how great it was to watch my son open up to a stranger so quickly. Jason spoke to my son directly and treated him like an individual not just "another" non verbal child. We are working specifically with an AAC device and Jason was very knowledgeable and we are so excited to see our son make even more communication progress. Can't believe this gem is in Johnston County!
