The official ladies are very nice and accommodating. The techs were great. I had to come back the next day because they didn't have all the parts they needed to get my truck done. I came back the next day as soon as they opened and they got me right in. Let's just say that I was very entertained as they were working on my truck. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done and you're near Kenly, NC.

This place is amazing!!! The whole crew (Brandon, Chris, Philip, and please forgive me I forgot the other gentlemans name) went above and beyond to find what was wrong with my truck and getting it fixed as quickly as possible. They did not gouge prices, were very professional and patient, and were very knowledgeable. I just wish they were closer to home. They would definitely be my go to shop!!!

… in and out in less then an hour (for tire change)… not enough room in shop… took care of it in the parking lot..(and did NOT charge me for a road call)… Rodney ( technician)bringing his A-Game… Outstanding..!!!

Had a van trailer that needed a DOT inspection done. I called when I was 15 miles away and spoke with Terri. She was very nice on the phone and in person. Said that it might be an hour wait but they second I got there she had someone knock it out so I could get back on the road. Definitely one of the better people and boss shops I've dealt with before.

UPDATE : 6/29/21 Pulled in for a grease job for a dryvan and was taken care of within minutes. The people here are always fast and friendly.

UPDATE : 11/11/21 I don't update as often as I come through here. Pulled in this morning for a trailer grease job and to have an air leak fixed on my tractor. Only waited 15 minutes to get pulled in and they got both done within an hour. Always outstanding and friendly service. Thank y'all again.

We had a tricky A/C issue with our 82 Kenworth. Been to 2 shops before - none of them could help. James and his Crew didn’t give up on it until they figured it out! Awesome Service, great people! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had out on the road! One Exit south of Kenly 95!
