(August 26, 2019, 8:34 am)Dr. Bill Bails and his staff are always willing to go above and beyond to "fit me in" the schedule. The environment is warm and welcoming while providing privacy and professionalism. Dr. Bails actually listens to the patient and their issues and provides treatment with care. Coastal Physical Therapy is the best! Robin always greets each person with a smile and will help you with all of the insurance and billing issues. This is not the "norm" in healthcare offices unfortunately, thank you Robin!
(March 11, 2018, 4:05 pm)Our son had an overdose on May 13, 2016. He was in a coma for 5 days and had to learn to walk, talk, and feed himself again. After leaving HealthSouth, we began taking him to Dr. Bails. He and his staff have progressed him from a walker, to a quad cane, now to a single point cane. Dr. Bails is the reason my son went snowboarding this winter! We are forever indebted to him. His knowledge and willingness to push Kyle is the reason he has done so well. Thank You!

(December 1, 2017, 11:03 am)Bill Bails has been my therapist on four different occasions. He calls me a "frequent flyer"! His professionalism and expertise in physical therapy are accompanied by a pleasant disposition and caring demeanor.
Following my recent knee surgery, my orthopedic doctor even had kind words to share about Bill. I have referred him to many of my family and friends and will continue to do so. You will not be disappointed if you choose Coastal Physical Therapy.
