Quality Inn

Have stayed several times. The time before this the lady was rude because o have a service animal, I'm a disabled veteran. The lady, Cherly, on this trip was very nice and helpful. I told her I knew how they thought of us with service dogs and I would be alright with a smoking room, even though I dont smoke. She apologized for my previous experienced and had me on ground floor on a non smoking room. I had two, rooms, one for myself and son and then another for my son and his wife. In NC I had to rent their room because their not 21. That's a stupid law in NC , have to be 21 to rent a room even if your married. I hope they change that law because that hurts the hotels and puts young couples in a bind . I will be back again as long as Cherly works there . Thank you

This visit was our second visit in a week. That should tell you that for price, service and location, this place was a great solution for us. It is on the same street as the Carolina Outlets. Right off of I95. A special shout out to the night manager who called our room to ask if we were satisfied with our room. No one else in 8 hotel stays had bothered to ask us this. Thank you!!

The prices were great. The bed, sheets and pillows were comfy. The lady at the front desk was wonderful to work with. The room was clean. My twin daughters (3yo) loved the breakfast options. Thank you, QI for a restful, quiet stay.

Our room was clean & the bed was very comfortable & they have the best pillows I've ever slept on. The rooms decor appears to be from the 70s which was cute but the fridge was not working and the bathroom could use an update along with the carpeting. it was just 1 overnight stay so the small issues were not a big deal. nice breakfast with cereal, bagels, toast, muffins, waffle maker, coffee, grits, cream cheese, peanut butter, apple juice, orange, yogurt, no eggs though...over all I would stay there again!
