I could not have been more impressed with the team at Toyota Collision Center. Parts have been on back order due to circumstances out of their control. They did everything they could to ensure I was aware of shipping dates and arrival times. There was one part that still hasn't come in, but this team understood my need for a car and went above and beyond to waterproof and make my vehicle safe to drive until the part does come in. I am forever grateful for their kindness and will always use them (hopefully not because of another wreck anytime soon) due to their wonderful customer service and quality workmanship.

The are super fast and efficient and don’t charge a arm and a leg! I just want to relay how pleased I am by the service I received at Gastonia Collision Center. The final product was top notch, a quality repair of my front end, a spotless redo of damage caused by a head-on accident. Also, we had problems with our second vehicle on our scheduled pick-up day that made it impossible for my wife to get to their location. Several GCC employees worked out a way to get the car to my wife in the most convenient manner. They were very nice, very respectful, and very accommodating...even when they didn't have to be.
