(December 29, 2021, 12:24 pm)I was initially skeptical about going to this branch due to general bad reviews yet I went as it's closest. Honestly, most of the bad reviews can be attributed to individual 'expectations' as they expected a full branch with teller services. This branch has everything except teller services. Chase Bank's front office people are generally good BUT their Back Office definitely needs improvement in their efficiency. Whenever someone opens an account, the back office due diligence takes days which in my opinion SHOULD BE DONE IN HOURS.
The staffs at this Branch were very prompt, courteous, attentive and served us immediately to our full satisfaction. Keep up the good services!
