This is a great place to take kids especially when you don't want to have to go to the ER. They are Friendly, Fast and efficient. The front desk and nurses are always so nice and very helpful.
And the P.A. Tonya is always sweet and informative. My children all have different attitudes when it comes to Doctors and being checked, my younger 2 just got with the flow, but my oldest is a bit of a nightmare, because he gets very nervous. He said he was comfortable there at nitelite and when I have an issue asks to go there.
Tonya has always helped by kids to feel better and you can tell she cares So glad this place and these people EXIST!
Highly recommended, Tonya and the staff have always treated the kids like family as with other family’s in the facility. Typically in and out within 30-45 minutes for all 3 kids when it is busy. You will not find a better quality service Tonya and her team provide with the knowledge and experience in the Johnston county area. I would also recommend Tonya and her staff over going to the e.r because you get a more thorough service with less hassle and a shorter wait time. Would give them a 10/5 if possible 5/5 does not give enough credit for the hard work they do.
This is the ABSOLUTE best place to bring your children in this area! My son has always received the best care here. The staff is amazing and extremely informative. Tonya is the BEST! My son will literally rather see Tonya than his own family doctor. She always makes the dr visits a breeze. I’m extremely appreciative of this office and this crew working! They are extremely caring and knowledgeable. We’re lucky to have Tonya and her crew working nights and being there for us especially during a pandemic. I’m grateful and thankful for them being there for my son in all our times of needs! I highly recommend Tonya and NiteLite Pediatrics to anyone looking a pediatric after hours urgent care.
This place is absolutely amazing. The provider is the absolute best. It is one of the only places I will carry my little one when he is sick because I know he will receive quality care. The front desk is amazing and informed me of the wait time before hand so I knew what to expect. I have never left feeling as if we didn’t have good quality care and we have been many times. Would 10 out of 1 recommend !!
