The Landings at Smithfield is full of awesome caregivers who take the time to actually get to know its residents. They have cared for my mother since they opened. Mom is content and enjoys the games and activities. Their staff is alert and have done wonderfully during the covid pandemic. I would recommend the Landings to any family who are faced with finding a long term care facility. My thanks to you all.
Our mother has been very content at The Landings at Smithfield. She is treated well, and has had many fun activities in which to participate when she chooses. As I live 7 hours away and cannot see her often, I also appreciate being able to see my mother on the Facebook page.
A beautiful new option for assisted living in Smithfield. The administrator was extremely knowledgeable and caring during my recent tour.
This is such a beautiful new building and a great addition to Smithfield! The caregivers at this community are truly amazing, and have such a heart for caring for others. From the moment I stepped into this building, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and enveloped with such a positive energy. I would absolutely trust them with my loved one!
My 92-year old dad went to The Landings in July 2020. Regretfully he passed on 1/1/21. While he was there the staff treated my dad extremely well. The med techs really liked my dad so much they called him "grandpa". My dad suffered from dementia and slept alot and had to use a wheel chair to get around. The Landings staff were very observant in watching out for my dad so much so that he didn't have any serious incidents of falling unlike he did at a previous Assisted Living Facility. Due to Covid, the majority of my interaction with him was by phone. Some of the staff would actually call me when my dad was awake so that I could talk to him. They regularly kept me updated on his status and I appreciated that. I would have no problems recommending The Landings to anyone with and elderly person requiring Assisted Living.
