I see all these negative reviews about staff working in the Smithfield office. I have been coming to this office the last 5 years. I've seen multiple therapists as well as Dr. Harrison. I've never had one bad thing to say about this establishment other than the people that come to this office for medical attention. I'd say these reviews are 100% biased. If you don't follow the rules and policies then you might as well just stay home. I'd say that's why a majority of these reviews are on here. People can't follow rules. I'd recommend ANYONE to this establishment. All the staff here have ALWAYS delivered exceptional customer service. From the front desk to every Dr.
