These guys are excellent. I was heading up I-95 Monday morning after Bike Week trying to get to the Northeast and my rear tire collected a nail and I got a flat. I had my bike towed there and they got me back on the road within a hour at a very reasonable price - definitely saved my trip and they're such nice people!

This dealer is a gem in today’s money grabbing world, especially when compared to other Polaris dealers such as Team Motorsports in Garner, Durham Polaris and Kevin Powell motorsports in Greensboro. I just purchased my new 2021 Polaris Sportsman ATV here and wasn’t charged freight, dealer prep, doc fees etc. This saved me over $754 had I bought at Team Motorsports in Garner and saved me $1099 by not buying from Kevin Powell Motorsports in Greensboro. I was given fantastic help from Grey when calling in to inquire and when picking up my new Polaris. No bait and switch tactics, no F & I pressure to purchase extended warranties or maintenance packages and no pressure to accessorize my new ATV. Just helpful answers and good advice about breaking in, first service interval and proper expectations about what to expect from my new equipment. It is worth the drive to purchase from this dealer and return for service work after such good customer service. I will accessorize my ATV at this dealership too. When I’m ready for my new side by side it will come from D & J Cycle.

Best experience ever!!!! 😁 I called ahead to see if they had mower blades for a Hustler Fastrak 52in zero turn mower since you now have to get them from a Hustler dealer. They held them for me until I got there. I was greeted by the cutest doggy employees which made my day!!!! 😍 I was in and out of there in less than a minute or two. I'll definitely be back!!!

Great customer service and great guys. Fluent and very knowledgeable. I inquired about a zero turn one day after hours, the next morning Gray called me up. He has done everything he could to help me and get me the mower that fits my needs. From someone who also does customer service, I greatly appreciate the way these guys do business. Will definitely be back to see these guys as well as recommend them to anyone who is looking.
