Your first appointment was scheduled by a scheduling team on a weekend and I was unaware of your scheduled appointment due to it being scheduled on a weekend. Be assured, I have alerted my practice manager of this issue and hopefully this problem will be resolved going forward. Your second appointment was scheduled for 9 AM. You were asked to arrive 15 minutes early (8:45 AM) for the check-in process. It is true that I was running behind that morning and I alerted the front desk staff to inform you of this. It is quite reasonable for you to be discouraged regarding your appointment with me, especially since both of your scheduled appointments had the same outcome (if for different reasons).
