“Me and my family have been using this hotel for roughly about 20+ years. Dennis and the whole staff have always been awesome and very helpful with anything you could need. The rooms are always super clean and ready to go. You are one street over from the Smithfield Outlets too so a great area for tourists and visiting the local areas too. Close to the highway too so its a great place to stay when you're stopping on the road for the night too!”

“I visited Dr. Palmer this week to determine that I have tinnitus and some mild hearing loss. This is not the worse news but certainly not something I look forward to as I age and in my early 50’s. Dr. Palmer certainly made my first time visit a very pleasant and comfortable one. She was most informative and provided me with much information that will allow me to prepare myself for might be ahead. She was very patient and took a lot of time before, during and after the hearing exam to walk me through the process and to answer any questions or concerns. He listened and told me that based on my scores for a diagnosis he said I have ADD and later learned I have generalized anxiety, so he gave me a book to read, that I don’t know if I can release the title but if I can; provide input on reply page. I had trouble speaking and was anxious I felt I couldn’t be understood then after medicine and counseling I learned that I can function better and form complete sentences focus and control my life instead of always feeling anxious if I say something wrong.
