“My husband royally messed up my son's hair and I was in panic and anger mode so we emergently ran to Great Clips and Bobbi did an amazing job on his haircut! She fixed it and cut the rest (because my husband only got to do 1 side before I lost my cool). He was upset that his long hair all had to get cut off but he was so pleased and smiling when she was all done. Like I said earlier she did an amazing and nice cut for my son and she was very professional, caring, knowledgeable and understanding of the situation and made my son feel good and confident about his new cut. “RA Jackson Electric recently addressed a problem I was having with the line inputs to my air conditioner. They were recommended by Stephenson’s Heating and Air Conditioning. I found the technicians to be both professional and courteous. After I called Jackson’s, the technicians arrived later that day, which was great, it was hot with no AC. Upon inspection, a tech tightened a wire that was rather loose and thought that may have fixed the intermittent input problem to my AC unit. Unfortunately, the same issue reared up again later that night. The technician troubleshot the circuit logically, it was an intermittent fault. I called Jackson’s Electric first thing in the morning the next day to schedule an appointment, they were at my house by noon. This time they replaced a quick disconnect at the input to the AC unit. Mr. Jackson was kind and did not charge me for the second service call. This company and its technicians obviously care about doing a professional job. It is no wonder Stephenson’s Heating and Air Conditioning recommended them, they were quick, courteous and reliable.”
