He provided a detailed estimate the same day and was able to go out and repair the roof for my client the very next day. His work was excellent—he sent pictures of the completed repair, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend him for any roofing needs!

We had a small leak after a heavy rain. I called Ricky and he came the very next day to fix it. We received five inches of rain the following week and no leak at all! He is quick and prompt and knowledgeable about roofing. Highly recommend.

We moved into our new house and the roof started leaking 3 days later. I contacted Ricky and he responded within a couple of hours and came to see our roof the next day. I got numerous quotes for my roof and Central Piedmont Metal Roofs stood out because they told me things they were going to do that no one else had mentioned. They even fixed one of my gutters while they were here just giving me a quote. Ricky came out a second time to bring color samples of the metal (I was torn between two colors) and answer more questions. Even though weather conditions delayed the start of my install Ricky made sure the job was done on time. After install was complete he walked around the house with me to make sure I was happy with everything and answered more questions. Oh so many questions but Ricky answered them all with a smile. I started this process in a puddle of water in my kitchen knowing nothing about roofs and stressing at the idea of making the decisions on such a large purchase but now my floor is dry, my house has never looked better, and I feel confident that I made the right choice in Central Piedmont Metal Roofs.
