(February 6, 2023, 8:42 pm)I actually love Clayton Insurance because the people there are very nice. They know me by name. They're friendly and they give great advice. They also Council me about how to enhance and or improve my policy by helping me make informed decisions. I like when people help their customers by personalizing their policies or helping them to know what questions to ask. The manager is a UNC fan and I am a Duke fan and I cannot go in there without seeing him. We banter back and forth with each other about the ACC. I suggest anyone who wants comprehensive insurance to come and see them. They have very competent and friendly staff.

Our insurance went up after a claim and Scott was able to find us a better rate than before the claim and has taken care of us ever since! He is always on top of paperwork and renewals and if he can find a way to save you money he will. I can’t verify that nationwide is on your side but I can verify that Scott Clayton is!
(March 17, 2022, 4:37 pm)I LOVE THIS COMPANY!! Scott Clayton is THE BEST!! My old insurance company cancelled me (AFTER 20 YEARS) when we had to make 2 claims in a years time. After calling countless other insurance companies where Only 1 of them would insure us at over$2,000.00 a year. I called Clayton Insurance. They got me fully covered for my homeowners in 1 day and it cost less than my original insurance. THANK YOU CLAYTON INSURANCE!! I AM HAPPY I FOUND YOU!!!
