Crossroads Ford of Sanford - Service Department

Nice staff that try hard to understand the needs of the customer. This is my local shop and where I have all of my Ford Parts orders delivered to.

They ordered the part it was in by the end of the week. I scheduled an appointment I went in while they fixed and solved the my cars problem. I'm a Very satisfied customer

I came in today for a recall repair on my vehicle and was blessed by the parts and service department in a big way!

I had quite a few vehicle-related questions and the guy from the parts department helped me to address every single one of them!

Now, most folks would say that's what their job is, so why the praise? Well, considering how busy they are, this gentleman took the time out to come with me to my vehicle, listen to all of my questions, help me to assess what's really happening, and determine if replacement was necessary. He didn't have to do that, so I'm really grateful.

I'm going to have to go back and find out this guy's name so I can give him his props in this review. LOL. The service department was awesome, too! I can't forget them!
