The team at Green Garden was very professional and helpful to work with in some old shrub and vine removal in my courtyard. They were quick to get with me to plan for my needs, give me an estimate of the job and get started. The office staff was very responsive and communicated with me when I had questions and follow up needs. I would recommend them for landscaping needs.

After submitting the online form, there was a lot of phone tag. This is somewhat my fault as I can be difficult to reach via phone.
The cost was more than fair. Once I accepted the work, it was weeks before I heard anything, no confirmation at all. I finally called and then my appointment was scheduled pretty quickly.
Day of, the folks were nice and worked really hard. It honestly looked beautiful and it was a very hot day so I was grateful.
There was a patch missed that the estimator had mentioned where mulch would be put in front of my crawlspace door so the grass wouldn’t grow there and it would be easy to access. They came back within a week to “fix” this but ended up putting mulch in front of the crawlspace door in a way that would block it from opening it at all. Then, within a week or 2 you could see the grass poking through the mulch. It seems very obvious that one should either remove or cover the grass so it doesn’t grow up through the mulch.

While it did look beautiful and the folks were very easy to work with, I’m still pretty disappointed with the lack of longevity of the work.

Going into the season, I thought we had a great landscaping contractor, and that relationship literally went downhill. Highly unresponsive, difficult to honor warranty commitments around poor-quality plantings, and a general air of "we don't care, we have several large commercial accounts, and you don't matter to us."

As we needed mulch, pine straw, bed clean up, some additional low voltage lighting, and a new tree the search was on for a new local landscaper, and we have found that with Green Garden!

They came out promptly to survey the job, quickly provided a competitive quote. We got some very good advice on a new tree and the way to work it into the lighting scheme which further built confidence. It was apparent they knew what they were doing. They even met with us one final time the night before to ensure they knew exactly what was to be done.

Going into the project we were confident they would do a good job and we were not disappointed. All the beds were well-defined and razor sharp. Any weeds or growth were removed, and mulch and pine straw were laid with care and professionalism. They brought out a high-quality tree and made it look great and the accent light is just perfect.

All and all a job well done. I would not hesitate to recommend Green Garden and will be using them again for the next project. They have earned it. Well done!

The service was excellent the care and detail that they took was amazing. I would definitely use this landscape company for all future landscaping needs. I recommend it to anyone that's looking to improve their patio or to have a new patio installed or other type of landscaping projects.
