Had the BEST experience here with Barry. We were hundreds of miles away from home with leaking coolant. Pep boys didn't have the part needed for a fix until 3 days later, but we're passing through and couldn't stay that long. We went to stock up on some coolant gallons to fill 'er up every so often, but Barry took an interest and recommended another product that we believe is what truly got us home safe without ANY problems. He even suggested we keep the receipt if we needed to return the extra gallons of unused coolant because he was sure we'd make it home without them after his recommendation. I also have good things to say about Robert and Colby. Two times I had dead battery. Both of them tested and let me know my battery was fine. The second time, Colby even helped me to clean up the battery to see if it helped. The car wouldn't start after jump. His testing further showed I had alternator problem. They insisted me staying there until a tow truck come to take my car to my mechanic. I am grateful that they didn't try to sell me battery. Instead, they helped me find the real problem and advised me to stay safe. When the tow truck finally arrived after four-hour waiting, Robert came out to make sure everything was fine with me. So grateful for them and highly recommend this Autozone to everyone!
