We had a huge water leak outside of our home. Derrek & Jacob came out within 30 minutes, and worked quickly and efficiently to fix it. They were both personable, and had great customer service! Excellent company. We will definitely use again.

Hair of the Dog Grooming in Chapel Hill. We lost water to the entire shopping center, after the water co had cleared the problem we still had low pressure. We called some local companies that did not do repairs for businesses. We were referred to Pipeworx by another plumbing company. We were surprised to find that even though they are in Sanford, they would be able to help us. The person taking the call was very friendly and helpful. Jacob and Javier showed up and were very professional and took care of the problem in short order. They showed us that our turn off valve wasn't all the way open and trash was also clogging the line. They were done within 20 minutes, and charged for the service call. Hopefully we won't have any more plumbing issues, but if we do, we will be using Pipeworx. I already referred 2 of our clients who were in need of a plumber to them.

We had a re-occurring stoppage in our drain system for years. We called a few places, and eventually came across Pipeworx. The employees were incredibly friendly, professional, and informative. They did a fantastic job locating the problem and fully repairing it in a timely fashion. HIGHLY recommended to anyone in the area for any plumbing needs.

The main service line to our house busted on a Sunday afternoon. I called and left a message with the very friendly message service. Emily from Pipeworx, also very friendly, retuned my call within 10 minutes letting me know someone could be there within 2 hours. 30 minutes later Derrick called letting me know he’d be there in 20 minutes. Derrick was awesome! He had the problem trouble shot quick. To make the repair part of the service line outside of the house had to be repaired/replaced and that required some digging. 1 cubic yard of dirt later the busted pipe was accessible making the repair quick, with the lines pressure tested and the hole back filled Derrick was on his way in . All and all quick and painless process. 10/10 would recommend!!

These guys performed their job efficiently and in a timely manner. I called them on a Wednesday morning and my issues were resolved in less that 24 hours.
Additionally, both associates were professional, kind and clearly demonstrated the skilled and knowledge of what was required to complete the repairs. Pipework Plumbing is my plumbing company going forward. Great Job Team!!!!
