VERY PLEASED! As having a 12 year old child with high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist (We call it having White Coat Syndrome) I’ve been reluctant to change dentists. However, today was my two daughters’ first visit to Denver Pediatric Dentistry. Let me just say that my only regret was not changing sooner! The staff there was so nice, very informative and helpful. Also, they made it fun for my girls. My 12 year old daughter’s words were “I liked this place 10 times better than the other.” She even had a few loose teeth (or fragments of them) pulled that their previous dentist did not want to touch because “ it wasn’t worth the drama, they’ll just fall out on their own” (his words). After 2 years (and 6 month cleanings in between) they were still there. Also, at DPD I loved the fact that I could be back there with them to actually see what was going on and hear what the hygenists were telling the girls anout how to take care of their teeth, etc, rather than not being allowed at their other dentist.
This was by far my best dental experience. First of all, the office is gorgeous and clean! Dr. Kelly and the girls are so kind, fun, friendly, and professional. They also use innovative ways to help children. For example, when trying to help a child breathe through the nose while using nitrous, they gave a sugar free ice pop! They also have the most comfortable chairs and TVs! Dr. Kelly is gentle, warm, and approachable. Teeth looked amazing! Definitelyyyyy recommend!!
We made the switch to Denver Pediatric Dentistry last year and never thought about looking for another place. This is the most kid friendly environment and the staff is so kid friendly too. You feel like family when coming in. They explain everything they do before doing it and make sure you are ok with it and make sure all questions and concerns are answered and addressed. You want quality care for your child’s teeth along with feeling very welcome this is the place for you.
