Very helpful and friendly staff for the most part. The secretary that answers the phone isn't the most pleasant person to speak with and get information from but I found the agents themselves very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been doing business with Nate Crichton at State Farm’s Crichton Insurance Agency in Denver, NC for almost a decade and when I had a claim recently, it was handled promptly and professionally. I just want to thank you Nate for helping provide the best insurance for me and my family. I would highly recommend Crichton Insurance Agency to family and friends.
