“I had my hair destroyed at the great clips up the road from this salon and they spent 3 hours trying to fix what the other salon messed up. I was very impressed with how the two girls wanted to help so much and how intentive they were on what i was saying and doing their best to fix my hair. It's not exactly how I want it but they did their best with something that wasn't their fault and when my hair grows back out a little and I can get what i want done i will definitely be coming back here.”

“My experience with this shop has been nothing short of excellent. It is nice to know that shops like this still exist. Let me give a few reasons why I say that. First to the great owners Pete and Julie they are truly professional, friendly and, honest. I know that I can bring my car in for repair or maintenance and not have to worry about getting ripped off. From my experience all the office and shop personnel are very knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they get someone who does. The most important thing about this shop is the excellent work they do when I take my car in for repair or maintenance. The one thing I like most is when I do bring my car, in for whatever needs to be done they just don't stop there. They take notice if something else may need attention and put it in writing so you will know, and then give you the option weather you want it repaired or not. Now that's what I call service with a smile. One more thing I would like to mention that is great about this shop and that is if the problem with your vehicle is something that needs to taken to the dealership they let you know up front. I think they are the best shop in town. Pete, Julie and everyone else that works there, keep up the excellent work and you will always have, not only customers, but repeat customers. One final thing this shop give Meineke a reputation that they can be proud of.”
