She takes the time to teach you the correct form to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit. I love the smaller class size and the people are super friendly. I LOVE THIS PLACE and sure you will too.

(December 9, 2016, 8:34 am)Absolutely love Pilates Physique.! Denise is an excellent instructor! She hones in on your specific needs and is so knowledgable! The practice of Pilates here with Denise has been incredible for me. Love the smaller class sizes! The studio has a very comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend giving Pilates Physique a try!

Group classes are small and friendly where you receive close attention from Denise, the instructor and owner. I've taken Pilates classes at various places over the years and Denise is by far he most attentive and knowledgable, modifying and challenging each student as they need it.
