  Everything was wonderful. But I have asked for a dish of sawmill gravy in the past and have never been charged $1.89 before. It was only a very small dish. Once I got a small soup cup and was not charged. This was to go with my Sunday special of two chicken breast. I could understand if I only ordered biscuits and maybe an egg. Really the chicken needs to come with gravy. I was also at a table of 6 and two of us were charged for gravy.

  Well here I go again. I did order the hamburger steak with fries and fried apples. The fried apples are delicious. Ask for it, you will eat an apple pie without the crust for the ones that are avoiding carbs. Just so you know that's not me. Well fries aren't a big deal about it. Now the hamburger steak please season that meat. Chef that meat is there for you to show your love of cooking. Make some magic happen. If you ever order this remember ask to be season or at least ask for steak sauce. A bit crowded the restaurant. I like the small compartment they have build for table of two. It's Cracker Barrel trying to offer a bit of romantic atmosphere in there stores? Will see ! Lot to see at the store. Go check it out.

  I love Cracker Barrel in general, and this was no exception. I had planned to try their specialty Praline Latte, but they had run out. Still the service was good, the food was hot and tasty (though we did have to remind them to bring a side of okra that they had forgotten and I did have to flag someone down to get a drink refill). They were not busy at all during this visit.

  Edited review from 1 year ago to 5 stars. This is our new tradition for New Years Day... EVERYTHING was Great. Especially our server Scott , The only way I can eat greens is with ketchup and vinegar on them . He said he liked hot sauce. Brought me a bottle to try and LOVED his recommendation. Now I will think of him and your restaurant every time I eat Greens. See you Next year ( well probably b4 but New Years Day is our tradition with you all !)
