(July 28, 2017, 9:35 am)Tom Botts and his team are awesome people who truly care about the insured. He wants to get you every dollar possible when you have a claim and is always looking out for you. I could not ask for a better Insurance agent to work with. I am a car salesmen so when I call other insurance company's to confirm coverage I get rude and mean agents on the phone I can truly say if you call Tom and his office you will be treated like family. This is what customer service is about at its finest.

Working at a dealership, you always hear horror stories of trying to work with insurance companies, and we have experienced anything but. Anytime we've had to file a claim, add a policy, or just ask a question, they are always available and helpful. Everyone at the agency, especially Angela, knows how to treat us like more than just a number. Recommend highly to anyone who needs exceptional insurance and customer service!
