  Seriously probably one of the only authentic Mexican restaurants in Charlotte. Don't be alarmed it's in a gas station. Food is awesome!

  This place is very unsuspecting! Its tiny and hidden in a gas station but everything I've had from them is amazing! Huge portions for moderate prices. My husband and I are regulars.

  Very small store co located in a service station. 4 to 6 tables serving very authentic tasty Mexican food. If you want a wide selection of tasty nicely spiced food in a very casual atmosphere this is a must stop. Get here early or later to get faster service.

  I am very impressed by the large selection at this small hole in the wall. I would strongly suggest getting the food to go as there is barely any room in there but please do try it. The food seemed to be very authentic street style fast food. I was impressed with the flavors and really love and appreciate the hand made tortillas. I love the selection of Mexican soda! The service was pretty good and I didn't have to wait too long for my food. I would say if your in the area and hungry give Las Meras Tortas a try.
