  Excellent work and customer service.My new windshield was replaced quickly,looks awesome.The best price anywhere in the charlotte area.They were very kind .A godsend It's good to know there are still honest garages to take my vehicle to.I would rate them higher if i could.Awesome people.

  Some a hole broke my window and I needed to get it fixed quick because we all know how it rains in Charlotte. These guys had my window fixed and meat out of the shop within an hours time and I am very grateful for the service

  Using my palm, I killed a mosquito inside my car, pressing it against the windshield (wearing no jewelry) in an Audi, which caused a sudden crack in the windshield! Not a hammer or a metal plate. Just my hand.
  People in the car noticed I hardly hit the glass were shocked. I found many automobile manufacturing groups are using a new kind of glass for windshields. They are more frail from the factory. Suburu has a class action.
  Looking at all local Auto Glass places, and the negative reviews I decided to go with Mikes Auto Glass Charlotte. When I called, they answered the phone QUICKLY.
  They were able to get the special windshield for me the next day, and the installation was only a 1 hour wait.
  Ally (sp?), who was the office person, was EXCELLENT with her customer service skills, her knowledge of the products they sell, and details of installation. Everything went smoothly and a lot had to do with how It is easy to find and they have a waiting area, but I walked to the local McDonalds to grab food.
  I will recommend them to anyone and everyone and go back there for my oil changes and tire replacements!
