Always awesome at this location. They're very courteous never a long wait. I would definitely recommend, and I will be going back. I bought 4 Faulkner tires for my fiance Honda Accord. They ride great.
Purchased tires from this location they were good solid tires that gave off loud road noise. Tony & Bruce did everything to ensure I was satisfied. 30 day ride guarantee, I spent more money for a higher end tire that was perfect for my vehicle. No road noise, happy customer. Great professional staff. Kudos.
Fast friendly service - cheapest prices in town AND road force balancing. Great warranty and service when you buy here. Albemarle road location very customer friendly and even lock up your car in the building if you leave it overnight for service like I had to do.
So let me start this by saying I'm not the type that leaves reviews, but I have to give credit where credit is due. This experience I'm relaying was with Brooks who's only been at the store a couple days, and I'm glad he's there. If corporate is smart, they'll watch this guy and give him the incentive / resources to grow up the chain. As I business owner I know through experience there's not many quality young people like him in the workforce today.
I've been using Discount Tires since their location on Rocky River Road which is now closed, opened. Now I use the the Albemarle Road location and I have to say these guys will take care of you. I had four new tires and wheels put on my GMC Sierra about a week ago and two of the four pressure sensors in the wheels (which were already in the wheels when I brought them) went bad. I brought the truck back this morning along with my previous wheels and tires and the guys had no problem stripping the old tires off the wheels, pulling my good sensors and installing them on my new wheels and tires. They rebalanced and mounted everything up. I couldn't have asked for better service. In a world where quality service isn't the norm anymore it's good to see and experience quality customer service. Especially when you pay hard-earned money for it. Go see Brooks, he'll get you squared away.
