I was scheduled to depart at 5:00am for a business endeavor, at 6:45pm I realize that my 'gameday' suits and shirts were still at the cleaner, you know, the one that closes at 6:30pm.... Enter panic mode! I called expecting to get VM, but was greeted by the sweet sound of Blanche's voice. I tell her my story and without a moments hesitation she said, "Ok, I will call and tell them that I'm going to stay and wait for you." I arrived around 7:15pm and there sat Blanche, she flashed me a big smile as soon as I walked in and had all of my effects ready to go. She always remembers me, my starch preferences and never ends an encounter without telling me to have a great day!
