  Wow! This is a huge upgrade to a coffee shop! Stopped by here while I was in town for work. So glad I stopped by. Their specialty coffee drink is the Volcano. It was awesome. It has layers to it, including a little bit of heat. Also they do coffee and espresso tastings! Seriously who does that??? You need to check them out.
  
  Plenty of seating if you want to come, hangout and do some work!

  Laid back place, very nice place located in shopping center, few parking spaces in front of it, but additional parking spaces on the opposite side. You can sit inside or outside which is always nice during summer time. The employees were super nice and courteous, they are willing to redo anything if don't like it, nice place quite place if you wanna read a book, study or just have a nice chat. Their coffee was good as well, they also have a good dessert selection.

  What a fantastic place. I pass by all the time. I'm glad I decided to stop. Very serious coffee paired with a sweet helpful staff. I'll become a regular. Very clean and modern with a fresh pallet of food for a coffe/tea shop. Easy in and out from Arrowood Rd and adjacent business park.

  Pleasantly surprised.
  Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and was warmly greeted.
  Both the iced mocha and Americano were better than expected. Smooth and delicious.
  It has a friendly atmosphere, limited seating but was a genuinely nice first experience.
  Lots of menu options (coffees, espressos, teas, and food items.)
  Definately worth a repeat visit.

  Also known as Sizzlewich, but the coffee here at Waterbean is very good! Had a French Press coffee and it was so smooth. Excellent service as well. Nice relaxing environment with a bar and tables. Come for for some great food and/or coffee!
