Tyler is very easy to talk to and will listen to you concerns. I was seen right away without a wait. Very good experience.
Dr. Sensenbrenner was excellent on my first visit today. He took his time, explained everything and I did not feel rushed. Great experience at his practice!
As one who has worked behind the scenes as a medical practice Administrator for over 15 years, I know a good medical practice when I see one. And Sensenbrenner Primary Care is a excellent practice. From the time of my arrival the staff could not have been more pleasant and professional. My nurse (Dee) was wonderful - very engaging and welcoming and made me feel right at ease. Dr. Sensenbrenner was very personable and informative. He spent a good amount of time with me (routine physical) and explained answers to all my questions in detail. The lab tech was also very nice and personable. Having looked for a professional primary care office and found many lacking, I am pleased to say that I have found a practice that has the right mix of both professionalism and personal interaction that is sorely lacking in most offices. I look forward to my next visit.
