  The girls in the lobby are great! So friendly and inviting. Massage therapists are all great as well. I have not had a bad massage yet. Great place!

  I booked last minute and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! Massage therapist was wonderful as well!

  Kristen at the front desk is one of the most professional and nicest people I've ever dealt with. She may even be new but she sure is intelligent and welcoming. Not something I've seen a lot since I moved to NC. I look forward to going here again.

  I mainly go to Ballantyne location but started going to Blakeney when I moved 2 years ago. The staff is very professional and they communicate well especially reminding me about my appointment. I really appreciate that they can accommodate me a lot of the time when I walk in with very little notice. I've tried other massage chains who are just not as organized and this chain seems to be the best so far! The only problem I've had to date is the parking around Christmas since Best Buy is in the same shopping center but that's about it...
