This is my first time using Always Running, and I will recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair. Mr. Dunlap was able to diagnose the problem with my washing machine quickly (after it was misdiagnosed by another company). My issue actually stems from my well, and he took the time to go through my new home build warranty with me, trying to see if the issue will be covered. He assured me that, should the contractor say the issue is not covered, he will come back and fix the problem himself. Mr. Dunlap is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and kind. My experience with Always Running was top notch, from start to finish. Affordable and went above and beyond my expectations.
I called to have my Range serviced, and he told me it was best to have the Manufacturer work on it due to a number of complexities. I respect that he didn't just take the work, and steered me in the right direction. It's hard to find honesty these days. He also gave me some good recommendations on new washer/dryers when I asked his opinion. I will be calling him back when I actually need service.
