(February 18, 2019, 12:30 pm)Smooth motorcycle purchse from friendly staff. I called ahead of time, and they had the bike I wanted to look at out and ready for test drive. They were willing to find a solution to a logistical issue, and the whole transaction went smoothly. Delivered my bike on time, and ensured that any questions I had were answered. Also I met the owners while I was there, he came over and asked me which bike I was buying and shook my hand. Very positive experience.

We are very fortunate to have a dealership and service department of this exceptional nature in Charlotte. It has been my primary service department for six years. There is none better in the region. I have found that the pricing is very fair and extremely reasonable. The service department can be trusted 100% to check your bike thoroughly over and insure that you get back on the pavement as expediently and as safely as humanly possible. I trust no other dealership with this degree of total trust. "
