Because their staff if so knowledgeable and helpful, they show you how everything will look sending out quality measurers. Exact fits! You will be happy choosing The Tile Shop from the time you walk in, at the cash register but even more at the end result and all the compliments you receive!

(February 11, 2019, 12:05 pm)I can only offer the highest recommendation for The Tile Shop. They respected my budget and had the style and know how to help me choose my back splash and it turned out spectacular!
The turnaround time was fast and when I made a measuring mistake ( I did my own install) and need two more tiles, they made it happen. Even picking up was pleasant in the warehouse in back. Very nice service. Thanks and I'll be back. -

(February 10, 2019, 8:22 pm)Got my tile for my kitchen here, working with a nice contractor who pointed me to them. Great selection, very professional, easy to deal with. A little slow in finding my order when I came back to pick up the full order, but that was minor. Expect it to take 5-10 minutes.

(February 8, 2019, 2:03 pm)We worked with Julie on a new bathroom for an addition to our home. She was terrific helping us to find the perfect marble for our shower. When the store didn’t have enough pieces of the marble we selected, she found additional pieces from two other Tile Shop locations to complete our order. She helped us select shower floor tile that worked well with the marble and even helped us choose the right shade of grout. The store had great choices. We couldn’t have been happier and have gotten lots of compliments on the marble and floor tile in our new bathroom.

She resolved a problem that started in another store and made sure that we were happy. Her customer service is amazing. I have a Tile shop 4 miles from my home and will be driving 16 for all of our future needs because of the way we've been treated. Thank you again!
