  The site manager has a 100% positive attitude! She is quick & efficient -someone with whom you want to do business. The property is tidy, storage unit was clean. Overall a great experience.

  Lachelle was awesome!! She was super cute with the best attitude i have encountered in charlotte thus far...keep up the amazing customer service!! Wish i met more people like this everyday...makes it easier to be happy ???????????????? i would give her a 10 if i were able...????????

  Lachelle has been nothing but nice to us, always helpful and happy. We appreciate great customer service and she has always met that.

  I absolutely enjoyed meeting Lachelle! I had already planned to get the unit anyways, but Lachelle made the check-in quite enjoyable. I almost had the feeling that we were old friends catching up. She is extremely cheerful and has the best smile. We spent most of the time talking about my two pet snakes, which she asked tons of questions about. I kinda look forward to moving my things into the unit just so I can swing by the office to say hello. Public Storage on Arrowood better watch out, some bigger business might come along and steal her away! She's wonderful, I highly recommend this location.

  Had a great experience here with Lachelle. She is so cheerful and competent- made the process simple and quick. What was a chore for me seemed more like coffee with a friend. Thank you!
