Everyone here was really friendly and great about coming up and introducing themselves. The programming was good as well and that’s saying a lot coming from me. If you’re in the area, CF Wreckage is the place to be!

(March 10, 2017, 10:27 am)First time ever doing cross fit last night- walked in and immediately felt welcome. Music was perfect- and from the moment we walked in we felt engaged and motivated. They were busy- but somehow staff found time to make sure we had a place to change, were paired with a group and were able to begin a work out immediately- right off the street. Was just coming for a tour but ended up staying for one of the BEST workouts I have enjoyed in a while. Staff is motivating, lots of focus on form and they know how to cheer you on right when you are about to fall out! They have drop in rates of $10- it's just one of those places you want to see succeed. LOVE IT.
