  The trainers/coaches...Eric, Amber, Antoine, and Jimmie. You guys write some awesome/challenging routines, but the best part is they are effective. Since I started in March (i think it was March)...anyway since March I've lost 28 lbs., and EVERYONE notices. I've been fighting the battle of the bulge for YEARS. I run, cycle, spend hours in the gym nothing has given me the results I've seen in just a few months working with you guys at 9 round. It's imperative that I keep my weight in check, now more than ever (I'm 9 months post-op...Stage 1 Breast Cancer), I fully intend to keep 9round as my priority workout, then cycling (as soon as I get my breaks fixed????????) andrunning, and I'll be canceling my planet fitness...PDQ????????!!! Thanks SteeleCreek 9Round, you guys are life changers/savers!!!!!

  The workout is great, especially for 30-35 mins.Can't speak for other locations but the trainers at this location are fantastic. They push you and are very helpful. You get out what YOU put in
