  I’ve been going to Al for years, well before he opened up his own place. With the exception of getting duped by some “dealership service agreements,” I’ve never let anyone else touch my car except Al and his team. He’s the anti-stereotype of a mechanic. He’s not selling you on anything, except the most cost efficient solution for your vehicle. You can go anywhere else in LKN and not get close to the same service and value you get with Al.

  I've been coming to Al with my 2 old vehicles for years. He is always honest with what needs work, he tries to warn you what problems may be coming a few thousand miles down the road, and he's fair with his prices.
  Where some shops may try and get one over on people (mainly women) unfamiliar with car repair, Al is fair and honest with everyone.
  If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic in the Cornelius area then give these guys a try.

  I have been to other mechanics in the area and none of them match the high quality of work ethics and standards that Al’s has. Al’s is an honest and caring business that does top quality work that he stands behind. It’s very refreshing in this day and age to find someone that believes in quality work and customer satisfaction. My family’s safety matters to me and I will only trust the work from Al’s.

  Friendly quick service. They did a last minute tire repair for us, no appointment. First time visitor. Will definitely go back. Most major service(suspension, timing belts, etc) is scheduled a week or 2 out. The good news is that it’s YOUR appointment for work to be done, not just an appointment with a service advisor. If you need a car, grab one from enterprise next door.

  The appointment at Al’s Automotive was very good. Al explained state’s requirements for NC auto registration of license. His shop does this checking. Al’s location is near Tenders but on the right side opposite street of Tenders on the same road going North. Husband of mine knows cars and Al’s Automotive is good place. ????✍️ ❤️ ???? ????
