This morning y'all I went to make a payment with PS and a young lady name Renee helped me.. She was awesome.. she even help me with a discount that all the years I've been then no employees ever mention .. Ms. Renee is the bomb.. go check them out on 7112 Albemarle Rd.. Customer service @ its best

The customer service that I experienced was exceptional. Especially from Renee who I see when go and make my transactions. Also, the cleanliness of the facility is outstanding. I can’t recommend another storage facility, besides this one. Outstanding staff. While having the empathy, and compassion, being able to connect and understand their customers.

So far so good. Should have two personnel everyday day throughout the day, though and a flex person. . Too much stress on one person. That's not fair labor. business being lost but just one employee when they have to lock the door to show a new customer a unit or manage the property. She was polite and knowledgeable. Overall good so far.

Renee is amazing! My sisters and I needed assistance with cleaning up, and disposing of debris in our unit and she was very accommodating. Excellent customer service!

Renee and Sharon were so helpful. I rented a storage unit at the location close by this one and they helped me get ser up. Even met me over there to get it open and lock put on unit. They are very accommodating and went out of the way to make sure i had what i needed. Super friendly. I appreciate the professional experience.
