Our laboratory is a proud member of the CLIA program. Our CLIA-Approved facility is designed specifically to focus on analytes that cause SARS-COV-2 in our local community.
At our CoviLab Charlotte location we provide drive-up COVID-19 testing, At home testing, as well as virtual rapid covid tests to people traveling internationally, individuals who have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or have symptoms associated with COVID-19, or people who need/want testing prior to elective surgery or visiting loved ones.
CoviLab is a private clinical laboratory staffed by Lab Directors and Lab Technicians with a wide range of molecular knowledge. Our Charlotte COVID-19 testing center has devoted significant effort to bring COVID-19 tests to Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas in North Carolina.
Our RT-PCR test for the COVID-19 virus (SARS-CoV-2) can detect active viral infection. We work with long-term care facilities, companies, schools, county governments, and pharmacies.
