(July 23, 2019, 1:22 pm)I want to give a shout out to my Dietitian Kristina who works for Nutrition HealthWorks/Steel Creek office. She had so many good ideas and suggestions for me to try from week to week that really helped me along my journey. I was able to reach my goal of 20 pounds lost before my Vacay this Summer. And what is even better, I have kept it off because I made some real positive changes to my diet and calorie intake. Making better choices and limiting sugar etc. Also my weight loss averaged no more than 2 pounds per week. Which my body adjusted to very well and boy can I tell in the way my clothes fit.
