Souder Properties

I had an office in a Souder Properties building for a few years. The rates were very reasonable. Any time I needed anything the property manager (Erika) as well as the maintenance crew was very available and attentive.

I was looking for a great creative space to create my custom designs and I found Souder!(Great Experience and Choice) I have fell in love with the service and responsiveness of Ericka! Love love love you should definitely lease here :)

Absolutely fantastic leasing experience from my initial inquiry, all the way through my move-out. Polite, helpful staff. Good communication. My office space was a great value for the money.

Erika has been helping me through this whole process and has been an absolute gem. She's made everything insanely smooth and easy, and has been extremely quick to respond about anything and everything (which is a lot, since it's my first office for a small business).

I cannot recommend Souder enough. They've been very flexible, understanding and clear about everything. I hunted for a good office for a few months and they're the only people in Charlotte and the surrounding area that had everything I needed; good prices, good locations and a professional, quick to respond team.

Management is great. I have worked with Erika Gordon and she is very professional, responsive, she has great communications skills, very patient, and always polite. You can find the perfect place for your business at Souder Properties, great prices and locations. Building can't be more quiet and peaceful. The application and setup process it's very easy with them. If you are looking for commercial places to rent, this is the place.
