(May 1, 2014, 8:56 pm)One word describes BFit dance - awesome! I've been doing it for a couple of years now and I never get bored. You can just feel the energy in the room. Dance moves, cardio and focus on correct technique makes BFit a great overall workout. Exercising to Bollywood music makes it different and engaging. A must try!!!
